Pork Chops and Stuffing
Brown 4 pork chops on both sides in oven-proof skillet; pour off drippings.
Mix:
3 cups soft bread crumbs
2 tb. chopped onion
1/4 cup melted butter
1/4 cup water
1/4 tsp poultry seasoning or sage.
Place a mound of stuffing on each chop.
Blend 1 can of Cream of Mushroom soup and 1/2 can of water or milk;
pour over stuffing and pork chops.
Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 1hour.
