Dear
Jerry,
Tonight's supper is a mouth-watering way to get them
to eat their vegetables!
Beef-Topped Potatoes from Campbell's Kitchen
Prep Time: 10 min. - Cook Time:
5 min.
Ingredients:
1
can (19 oz.) Campbell's® Chunky™ Beef with Country Vegetables
Soup
1/8
tsp. ground black pepper
1
cup cooked broccoli flowerets
3
hot baked potatoes, split
Shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions:
MIX
soup, pepper and broccoli in saucepan. Heat through, stirring
occasionally. SERVE over potatoes. Top with cheese. Serves 3.
TIP: To bake potatoes, pierce potatoes with
fork. Bake at 400°F. for 1 hr. or microwave on HIGH 7 to 10
min. or until fork-tender. Use 1 1/2 cups fresh broccoli flowerets
for cooked broccoli.
Save time by
using frozen broccoli flowerets instead of fresh. Just add to
the sauce as directed and they'll heat right
up.
