 Broccoli Cheese Potato Topper from Campbell's Kitchen
Prep/Cook Time: 10 min.

Ingredients:

| 1
can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's® Cheddar Cheese Soup |
| 2
tbsp. sour cream OR plain yogurt |
| 1/2
tsp. Dijon-style mustard |
| 1
cup cooked broccoli flowerets |
| 4
hot baked potatoes, split |
| Chopped red pepper
|
Directions:
MIX
soup, sour cream, mustard and broccoli in saucepan. Heat
through. SPOON soup mixture over potatoes. Garnish with
pepper. Serves 4. To bake potatoes, pierce potatoes with
fork. Bake at 400°F. for 1 hr. or microwave on HIGH 10 1/2 to
12 1/2 min. or until fork-tender. Use 1 1/2 cups fresh
broccoli flowerets for cooked broccoli.
