PREHEAT
oven to 425°F. Unroll pizza dough on lightly floured surface
and pat into 15"x10" rectangle. Cut into 6 (5") squares. Mix
egg and water. MIX picante sauce, oregano, chicken, Cheddar
cheese and olives. SPOONabout 1/4 cup
chicken mixture in center of each square. Brush edges
with egg mixture. Fold squares over filling to form triangles.
Crimp edges to seal. Place on baking sheet. Brush with egg
mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. BAKE 10 min. or
until golden. Serve with additional picante sauce. Garnish
with additional olives and oregano. Makes 6.
Teens can make
these calzones as an afternoon or Saturday night snack. Toss
together their favorite pizza toppings as a
filling.
