Chile-Glazed Pork Ribs

Chile-Glazed Pork Ribs
from Campbell's Kitchen

Prep Time: 10 min. - Bake Time: 1 hr. 15 min.

Ingredients:

3 lb. pork spareribs, cut into pieces

2 tsp. ground cumin

2 tsp. ground cinnamon

1 jar (17.5 oz.) Pace® Enchilada Sauce

1/4 cup honey



Directions:

RUB spareribs with cumin and cinnamon. Arrange in 13"x9" baking dish.
BAKE at 400°F. for 30 min. Turn ribs over and bake 15 min. Mix enchilada sauce and honey.
POUR enchilada sauce mixture over ribs. Bake 30 min. or until tender, basting occasionally. To serve, stir sauce and spoon over ribs. Serves 6.

Give some "kick" to the enchilada sauce mixture by adding one teaspoon of hot pepper sauce.
