Easy Chicken and Biscuits

Easy Chicken and Biscuits
from Campbell's Kitchen

Prep Time: 10 min. - Bake Time: 35 min.

Ingredients:
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Broccoli Soup
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Potato Soup
2/3 cup milk
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
2 cups cubed cooked chicken OR turkey
1 pkg. (4 1/2 oz.) refrigerated biscuits


Directions:
MIX soups, milk, poultry seasoning, black pepper, vegetables and chicken in 2-qt. shallow baking dish.
BAKE at 400°F. for 20 minutes or until hot. Stir.
ARRANGE biscuits over chicken mixture. Bake 15 minutes more or until biscuits are golden. Serves 4.

TIP: For 2 cups cubed cooked chicken, in 2-qt. saucepan over medium heat, in 4 cups boiling water, cook 1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cubed, 5 min. or until chicken is no longer pink.

For individual pot pies, spoon into four 10-oz. casserole dishes and top with biscuits; bake as directed. Make a fruit salad to serve alongside.
