Easy Skillet Beef & Hash Browns from Campbell's Kitchen
Prep/Cook Time: 20 min.
Ingredients:

lb. ground beef
1
can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell'sŪ Cream of Celery Soup OR
98% Fat Free Cream of Celery Soup
1/2
cup water
1/4
cup ketchup
1
tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2
cups frozen hash-brown potatoes
3
slices process American cheese
Directions:
COOK
beef in skillet until browned. Pour off fat. ADD soup, water,
ketchup and Worcestershire. Heat to a boil. Stir in potatoes.
Cover and cook over low heat 10 min. or until done. Top with
cheese. Serves 4.
Serve with
toasted English muffins and a fruit salad. Top peppermint
stick ice cream with chocolate sauce for dessert.
