Firecracker Flank Steak

Firecracker Flank Steak
from Campbell's Kitchen

Marinating Time: 1 hr. - Prep Time: 10 min. - Cook Time: 25 min.

Ingredients:
1 jar (16 oz.) PaceŽ Chunky Salsa
2 cups orange juice
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tbsp. packed brown sugar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
1 tsp. ground ginger
2 lb. beef flank steak
Hot cooked rice
Chopped fresh parsley


Directions:
MIX salsa, orange juice, oil, sugar, soy, mustard and ginger in sealable plastic bag. Add steak and seal bag. Refrigerate for at least 1 hr. or up to 24 hr.
GRILL steak over medium heat until desired doneness, basting frequently with marinade.
HEAT remaining marinade in saucepan to a boil. Cook over low heat 10 min.
SLICE steak across the grain at a 45° angle to the cutting surface. Serve with rice and sauce. Top with parsley. Serves 8.
