Dear Jerry,

You'll want to add this effortless, crowd- pleasing sauté to your bag of last-minute dinner tricks.

Glorified Onion Pork Chops
from Campbell's Kitchen

Prep/Cook Time: 20 min.

Ingredients:

1 tbsp. vegetable oil

6 pork chops, 1/2" thick

1 medium onion, sliced

1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Celery Soup OR 98% Fat Free Cream of Celery Soup

1/2 cup water

Directions:

HEAT oil in skillet. Cook chops 10 min. or until browned.
ADD onion and cook until tender.
ADD soup and water. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 min. or until chops are done. Serves 6.
