Herb Roasted Turkey

Herb Roasted Turkey

Ingredients:
1 3/4 cups Swanson® Chicken Broth (regular, Natural Goodness™ or Certified Organic)
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. dried basil leaves, crushed
1 tsp. dried thyme leaves, crushed
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
1 (12- to 14-lb.) turkey
2 cans (14 1/2 oz. each) Campbell's® Turkey Gravy


Directions:
MIX broth, lemon juice, basil, thyme and black pepper.
ROAST turkey according to pkg. directions*, basting occasionally with broth mixture. Let turkey stand 10 min. before slicing. Discard any remaining broth mixture.
HEAT gravy and serve with turkey. Serves 14.

TIP: * The internal temperature of the turkey should reach 180°F.
