Lemon Asparagus Chicken from Campbell's Kitchen
Prep/Cook Time: 20 min.
Ingredients:
1
tbsp. vegetable oil
4
skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1
can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell'sŪ Cream of Asparagus Soup
1/4
cup milk
1
tbsp. lemon juice
1/8
tsp. ground black pepper
Lemon slices (optional)
Directions:
HEAT oil
in skillet. Cook chicken 10 min. or until browned.
ADD soup, milk, lemon juice and black pepper.
Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 min. or until
done. Garnish with lemon slices, if desired. Serves 4.
For a change,
substitute chicken strips for the breast halves; spoon sauce
over baked potatoes or couscous.
