Lemon Thyme Chicken Crunch

Lemon Thyme Chicken Crunch
from Campbell's Kitchen

Prep Time: 15 min. - Cook Time: 1 hr.

Ingredients:
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's® Healthy Request® Cream of Chicken Soup
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. dried thyme leaves OR dried basil leaves, crushed
2/3 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. paprika
4 bone-in chicken breast halves, skin removed
Vegetable cooking spray


Directions:
MIX soup, water, lemon juice and thyme in saucepan. Remove 1/2 cup soup mixture.
MIX bread crumbs and paprika. Dip chicken into 1/2 cup soup mixture. Coat with bread crumb mixture.
PLACE chicken on baking sheet. Spray chicken with cooking spray. Bake at 375°F. for 1 hr. or until done.
HEAT remaining soup mixture. Serve with chicken. Serves 4.
