Dear Jerry,
Your family will love this crunchy catfish supper that evokes the down-home
flavors of the South.
|

Oven-Baked Catfish
from
Campbell's Kitchen
Prep
Time: 10 min. - Bake Time: 20 min.
|
|


|

|
Ingredients:
|
|
1 cup Pepperidge
Farm® Corn Bread Stuffing, crushed
|
|
1/2 tsp. paprika
|
|
1 lb. fresh OR
thawed frozen catfish fillets
|
|
1 egg, beaten
|
|
2 tbsp. butter
OR margarine, melted (optional)
|
|
Creamy ranch salad
dressing OR chunky blue cheese salad dressing
|
Directions:
|
MIX stuffing and paprika on plate. Dip fish
into egg. Coat with stuffing mixture.
PLACE fish on baking sheet. Drizzle with
butter.
BAKE at 400°F. for 20 min. or until done.
Serve with salad dressing. Serves 4.

To thaw frozen fish fillets, seal in airtight wrap and
submerge under cold water for 10 - 15 minutes.
|
