Pork Chops with Cranberry Balsamic Sauce

Pork Chops with Cranberry Balsamic Sauce

Ingredients:
4 boneless pork chops, 1" thick
Lemon pepper seasoning
2 tbsp. butter OR margarine
2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
1 3/4 cups Swanson® Chicken Broth (regular, Natural Goodness™ or Certified Organic)
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup dried cranberries OR dried cherries


Directions:
SEASON chops with lemon pepper. Cook chops in nonstick skillet 20 min. or until browned and done. Remove chops and keep warm.
HEAT 1 tbsp. butter in skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until tender. Add broth, vinegar and cranberries. Heat to a boil. Cook 10 min. or until slightly thickened. Stir in remaining butter. Serve over chops. Serves 4.
