chops with lemon pepper. Cook chops in nonstick skillet 20
min. or until browned and done. Remove chops and keep warm.
HEAT1 tbsp. butter in skillet over
medium heat. Add garlic and cook until tender. Add broth,
vinegar and cranberries. Heat to a boil. Cook 10 min. or until
slightly thickened. Stir in remaining butter. Serve over
chops. Serves 4.
Plan on mashed
potatoes as a perfect mate for this pork chop dish. Add your
favorite green vegetable to the menu. Serve warm Pepperidge
