For an Oriental
variation, add a little grated fresh ginger root, crushed
garlic clove, a shot of soy sauce and some crushed red chiles.
For a Mexican version, stir in 1/2 cup PaceŽ Picante and
garnish with chopped cilantro. Keep the ingredients on hand
for this quick and satisfying chicken noodle soup.
