 Sweet & Tangy Chicken from Campbell's Kitchen

Ingredients:

tbsp. butter OR margarine |
| 4
boneless chicken breast halves |
| 1
can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's® Condensed Tomato
Soup OR Campbell's® Healthy Request® Condensed Tomato
Soup |
| 1/4
cup water |
| 1
tbsp. packed brown sugar |
| 1
tbsp. vinegar |
| 4
cups hot cooked rice
|
Directions:
HEAT
butter in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned.
ADD soup, water, sugar and vinegar. Heat to a
boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 min. or until done. Serve
with rice. Serves 4.
