Toasted Antipasto Sandwiches

Toasted Antipasto Sandwiches
from Campbell's Kitchen

Ingredients:
2 tbsp. prepared lowfat Italian salad dressing
4 slices Pepperidge Farm® 15 Grain Whole Grain Bread *
2 oz. deli-sliced reduced-sodium ham
2 oz. sliced part-skim mozzarella cheese
4 oz. roasted red pepper strips, drained
1 medium zucchini, thinly sliced
4 fresh basil leaves, shredded
Vegetable cooking spray


Directions:
SPREAD dressing on 2 bread slices. Top with ham, cheese, peppers, zucchini, basil and remaining bread slices.
SPRAY nonstick skillet with vegetable cooking spray and heat over medium heat 1 min. Place sandwiches in skillet.
COOK sandwiches until browned and cheese is melted. Serves 2.
